Come Together
My signature ‘Come Together’ coaching package is designed to bring next level intimacy to your partnership
This 10 session package will up-level your personal bedroom artistry together!
We explore your unique sexual blueprints and examine what is working for you and what beliefs, patterns, systems or blocks are not serving you in the bedroom.
I work with you right where you are at. You may be currently intimate with your partner and needing guidance around that, you might seek to take the leap into the unknown with something new and exciting, or perhaps the sexual aspect of your life has taken a back step and you have come to me for help in rekindling that spark together.
In ‘Come Together’ you will learn tools of connection, sacred Tantric and Taoist sexual energy practices, play with new styles of sexual expression and get insight into what makes your partner tick or purr… and much more. This process is tailored towards your unique and specific needs as a couple.
‘Come Together’ works well as a series of date nights with both playful and practical activities you might try together right after our session.
This package includes:
10 sessions in total via Zoom of 75 minutes over 6 to 12 months
At least one 1:1 session with each half of the couple to get clarity about how to reach your personal goals and desires in intimacy and connecting
Recordings of practices for home play.

Sacred Unity
Sacred Unity is a Coaching Package of Relationship Transformation.
Can you imagine a connection transformed by honest communication built on a foundation of acceptance, while fulfilling your intimacy goals?
This 14 session package takes approximately 6 months to complete, if meeting every two weeks.
This package is for couples who are in a pretty good place, but wanting to deepen intimacy whilst also establishing a safe container for growth.
It is not couple's therapy, nor talk therapy or counselling, but a practice oriented approach. It is an experience of deep discovery of yourself and your partner to help you thrive inside your relationship, with intimacy.
This process is designed to reinforce a couple’s love and commitment to each-other, increase mutual pleasure & satisfaction in the bedroom, deepen intimacy and revitalise the physical connection.
It will help you discover what your own, and your partner's emotional needs are, and how to meet them, for a fulfilling relationship based on equality and understanding.
Together we look at each individual’s Attachment Style and the reasons behind the ways you relate to each other. I will guide you into the concept of the ‘couple bubble’, an agreement that guarantees, with good practice, to up-level any relationship by building a safe container together in which to thrive.
This complete process is a path towards connection, transformed by honest communication, built on a foundation of loving acceptance of yourself and your partner.
In this package you will also become aware of your partner’s unique sexual response and learn ways to encourage the magic in your love making. Learn where you are getting stuck, what habits are getting in the way, and how to navigate towards a more fulfilling connection.
Experience deeply satisfying intimacy and rekindle your love and connect from the heart, all while finding new ways to enhance pleasure and unity.
I guide you into compelling connection exercises, robust communication tools and potent sexual and sensual practices, including sacred and Tantric sex techniques, Taoist practices, energetic breath work, somatic consent practices and more.
Each session you will receive ‘homework’ to practice together to establish a new level of relating both in and out of the bedroom. Date night activities, connection practices, intimacy activities to do together, and more.
Additionally, advice and practices are given on individual issues that are affecting your relationship- such as jealousy or shutdown, or more physical manifestations such as premature ejaculation, pain during sex, being unable to surrender in sex, libido issues etc.
SACRED UNITY is not generic package for couples, it is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
It includes:
*14 x 75 min sessions over 6 to 12 months, including at least 2 individual coaching sessions for each of you to work on your own 'stuff'.
*Recordings and exercises for your 'homework', both together and solo.
*Check in between sessions via email, as needed.
Commitment to doing this work together is essential to your mutual growth towards your goal.
